White Sitting on Orange

 

Cat acquisition: Day 10

Sue declared Nigel a "lover" as he has been seeking out laps to sit in. He gives Tailwheel "the nose" when they meet in passing and is almost always on the receiving end of Ravel's chases. 

 

 

They've all done OK these past two days while we've been at work. I was actually at a two day class in the sub-basement of the Wangensteen Building. Seriously, the classroom was three floors below the tunnel level that connects most of the health science buildings at the U.

 

 

Uncle Tailwheel seems to be on very friendly terms with his nephews. They rub on him, sniff him, and generally show him respect. I think he like the little guys!

 

 

Here, Tailwheel jumped up to help Sue work on Shutterfly. No one seemed to mind that white cat was sitting on orange cat.

 

 

Mealtimes are getting a little less chaotic provided Tailwheel is hungry and will eat while the nephews are distracted by the process of tearing into their own food dishes. Look at how long Ravel's tail is.

 

 

Sue crafted a pineapple upside down cake for the party we attended on Sunday at the Aune's house. It was a lot of fun hanging out with our Tanzania Travel Buds. We shared some stories of how things have changed for us after experiencing Africa. Sue and I wore our matching football jerseys.

 

 

After mealtime comes playtime. these cats are partial to the fishing wand.
