Nigel (orange) and Ravel (black) are settling in nicely at the Berg-Williams house. Their primary interest is eating, eating and eating. They swarm into the kitchen at the first sign of people. I actually called the vet who works with the rescue organization to see how much a 6 month old kitten should eat. It sounds like they are growing teenage boys. They also enjoy jumping on things and wildly chasing each other.
We’ve discovered Nigel likes to watch TV. He was swatting at the moving animals on Big Cat Diary last night.
Nigel, you can wrestle with your brother but I wouldn’t take on this guy.
Ravel is harder to photograph since he is black and seems to be in constant motion.
As for the Mzee (Swahili for ‘elder statesman’ or ‘old guy on our trip to Tanzania’), Tailwheel seems mostly tolerant of the two new guys. Mostly.
