Cold: There's plenty of cold to go around. This photo was submitted by one of our loyal readers in Cudahy, Wisconsin. Cudahy's schools are already closed for Monday but not by a gubernatorial decree. The low for Monday here is supposed to be -25 F while the high will be -16. The -16 reading would be a record but regardless, it will be one of the 10 coldest days in our recorded history.

Boldest: Now that the Christmas tree has been taken down and hauled out to the alley for the garbage men to compost, the B-W Cats must find new and interesting challenges--superstructures to climb, strings to attack, brothers to tackle like a gazelle, etc.
