After a busy Friday evening of football games (Sue), nose blowing (Doug) and fun with friends in Minneapolis and Mall of America (Christoph), the weekend slowed down a little bit.
We were all here for a dinner of spicy noodles last night. I’m not sure what all the pointing is about but it’s a nice pre-dinner picture.
Ravel and Christoph have become BFFs (Best Friends Forever). We’ll often find this black cat sitting on or near Christoph. Black cats and exchange students have a good history in this house. Makiko and Mahler were also BFFs. The Johannas were not so lucky with Milhaud.
Christoph is taking a big trip to a chess tournament in December. We were checking out the planes he would be flying on and using the SeatGuru website to select the best available seats. We learned he’ll be flying on an Airbus 340-600, the longest passenger plane in the world. Exciting stuff!
The cats continue to find new ways to entertain us. Ravel has taken to walking across the dining room chairs.
Ravel thinks he is going somewhere. He’s right but he’s not going in a suitcase. He and his feline brother will go to The Country while his people go to the Nation of Texas.
