Today we hiked.
This is Mount Eiger (The Ogre) as seen from the Panorama Trail.
We watched out for falling rocks.
A nice Chinese woman took this picture even after Sue asked her in Japanese, “Please take our photo.” The weather was changeable with some sprinkles, some sun, some wind, and some fog.
We ate lunch near this chalet at the end of the Panorama Walk. We had very white sausage that tasted like ring bologna.
We took a cable car about thirty minutes up from Grindelwald Grund up to Mannilichen.
This is the edge of the cliff looking out over Lauterbrunnen Valley.

Look, I’m pointing at something really interesting.
This is Sue standing on the top of the world or at least 6000 feet.
The wild mountain flowers were pretty amazing.
The white stuff is snow in July and the thick white stuff are glaciers.
From 9500 feet we walked uphill to view the three “Top of Europe” peaks which are in the 13000 range.
This was during the drizzling.
