After I drove for Neighbors this morning we headed over to Minneapolis for some lunch at the Black Forest German restaurant to use the $25 gift card that mysteriously arrived in the mail. We were celebrating Sue’s first day of summer break.
After sitting around in the yard enjoying some leisure reading and some cold water, we headed out on Sue’s 25 minute walking route around the neighborhood. Naturally, we saw Bill Losby walking his Toto-like dog, Ole.
I’ve been working some on my next musical project which is literally a musical, or more precisely, a children’s cantata. This will be a long and slow project as I am the composer, book writer, lyricist, and possibly the choreographer. Details to follow.
By the fourth photo Sue asked why I was taking so many pictures.
These next shots are for the Berg girls in Texas. Nigel the lion. Maybe we should call him Nigel the leopard since I pulled him out of the linden tree this afternoon.
Mr. Ravel always gets the good look out spot. Sometimes he chases Nigel away when he finds him in this window.
Cue the summer of fun (right after I work the next three days.)
