No Ride on a Fast Machine

The only two Mountain Dew Kick Start Orange Flavored beverages I have ever enjoyed have been on road trips in Wisconsin. It tastes like bubbly orange juice with caffeine.

Christoph has been a good sport about posing and smiling for photos.

Relax everyone, this is only a photo of Christoph sitting on Mikey's new Harley Davidson. He did not take a ride on this high powered machine. Sunanda got a photo of me sitting on this bad boy, too!

Off they rode into the sunset heading west down Packard Avenue, Cudahy's Main Street.

Nephew Nate sporting the number 80 saw some playing time in this game but not as much as the previous week. Oak Creek won 27 - 0.

Here is Dorene's green grass. We were able to sit outside on the patio a bit when the weather cooled down some.

Mollie Hoola Hoops pretty well.

Here's that orange shirt everyone loves so much,

This is the view from the dock at the Citgo Yacht Club where Katie's aunt docks their pontoon boat. The building on the left is where the Milwaukee Ale House is where we enjoyed a slow and late dinner on Saturday night. Pete was wearing a cap that read "Citgo yacht Club". Citgo is a just a gas station but this one is located right on the Milwaukee River so they rent out dock/slips for boats.

I joked that the men would have to "pop off" their shirts because that is what people on boats on the river seemed to be doing. We left our shirts off for a while and more passing boaters waved to us when we had our shirts off. Then it got cold.

I guess the girls sat in the front of the boat while the men piloted the craft from the back. Mollie and Annie walked around continuously.

Another view of downtown Milwaukee
